Art Inspired by the ocean

My art is mixed media. I source all my materials from the sea. Each object in my work has washed up from the waters of Long Island Sound onto the shores of Guilford, Connecticut, and remains in its natural and original form without any alterations. Most often, a single piece inspires a work, and each one has a story. A shard of Willow porcelain transforms into a dress, a glass bottle becomes a silouette, and a plastic remnant becomes a beloved storybook character. I hope you enjoy their stories as much as I enjoy sharing them.
